Shipping Origin & Shipping Fees

We ship orders from two sources:

1) Local Warehouse Items — FREE Shipping

Some products are stocked in our local warehouses (e.g., US/EU/UK).
These items ship locally and always include FREE shipping.

2) Factory-Direct Items — Shipping Calculated at Checkout

Other products ship directly from our factory.
Shipping fees for factory-direct items are charged based on destination and quantity and will be shown at checkout.

FREE Shipping (Worldwide)

Free Shipping on orders over $59

We offer FREE shipping worldwide when the order subtotal is $59 or more (after discounts, before taxes).

Notes:

  • Applies to all supported shipping destinations.

  • If your cart contains factory-direct items, the free shipping threshold still applies once the subtotal reaches $59.

  • If your cart contains only local-warehouse items, shipping remains free regardless of order value.


Estimated Delivery Time (after dispatch)

Processing time: 1–2 business days. Tracking will be provided by email.

  • US: 7–12 business days

  • Canada: 10–15 business days

  • UK: 6–8 business days

  • Germany: 5–7 business days

  • Japan: 6–8 business days

  • South Korea: 6–8 business days

Mixed Orders (Local Warehouse + Factory-Direct)

If your order contains both local-warehouse items and factory-direct items:

  • Items may ship in separate packages.

  • Local-warehouse items remain FREE shipping.

  • For factory-direct items:

    • Orders $59+ qualify for FREE shipping worldwide.

    • Orders under $59 will be charged according to the rates above (shown at checkout).


Duties, Taxes & Customs

Depending on your country, import duties/VAT/customs fees may apply and are typically paid by the recipient unless otherwise stated.


Address Changes & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. If a package is delayed/lost/damaged, contact us with your order number and tracking details and we will assist with the carrier investigation.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), or Freely Associated States (Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, and Palau).

Address limitations

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.

  • Each order can be shipped to one (1) delivery address only. If you need items delivered to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each address.

Shipping & Tracking Notice

After your order ships, we will send you an email with your tracking number. Please monitor the shipment status regularly.

If your package has not arrived beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, or if the tracking information has not updated for more than 3 days, please contact us promptly so we can assist.

When you receive the package, please inspect it before use. If you notice any damage, please contact us with clear photos of the package and the damaged items so we can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
