ABS Conductive
⚡ What Conductive ABS Really Does
ABS conductive filament is engineered to protect internal conductive systems by creating a low-resistance environment for static dissipation and electromagnetic shielding. It reduces interference from surrounding insulating materials, ensuring more stable electronic performance.
🛡️ Reliable Conductivity for ESD Protection
With a stable volume resistivity of 20,000 Ω·cm, YXPOLYER ABS Conductive filament is optimized for ESD-safe applications. It slowly dissipates static charge without risking short circuits on sensitive electronic components.
🔧 Stronger than PLA
Compared to conductive PLA, conductive ABS offers lower resistivity, higher strength, better heat resistance, and improved long-term durability. Ideal for engineering-grade applications requiring both conductivity and toughness.
🔥 Easy to Print with Conductive Fillers
Formulated with conductive fillers such as carbon nanotubes or metal particles. Prints smoothly at 220–260 °C on most standard FDM printers. Offers reliable flow and shaping performance. Tested on Bambu Lab printers with excellent results—use the shared settings as a reference and adjust based on your specific printer.
🔗 Strong Bonding and Toughness
This conductive ABS delivers strong interlayer adhesion and superior toughness compared to PLA. Resistant to cracking or breaking, even in large or detailed prints. Ideal for durable, long-lasting parts requiring conductive properties.
📡 Recommended Applications
Suitable for flexible circuits, sensors, EMI shielding, wearable devices, and low-current conductive or static-dissipative functions. Not intended for carrying electrical current.
